Return & Refund Policy
Returns and Replacement:
In case of returns, we need to be intimidated within 3 days of receiving the shipment, post that returns won’t be accepted. Unfortunately we won’t be able to help you if you miss the timeline.
Items Can only be returned if they are damaged in transit or have any manufacturing defect ,for which we would first provide you with replacement option ,and incase same product is unavailable only then we would refund you amount equivalent to the damaged product .
As we are providing bulk wholesale prices ,returns are not possible incase you don't like the design ,or the size is not as per your liking ,or color is not as you expected as we try our best to put the accurate and actual product dimensions ,so please double check the items before finalizing the order .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In case of customized orders, returns shall not be accepted.
Refunds:
Orders once placed & processed through Trendisia.com may not be cancelled or refunded immediately.
Estimated Delivery Time is approximate 3-5 days to the customer. In the event of any delay or default in such a delivery, Trendisia shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same.
In the event the customer is dissatisfied with the item/s received, the item/s can either be exchanged or returned for cash or credit vouchers, with the customer bearing the one side shipping charges (on actuals), which if borne by Trendisia at the time of receiving the parcel will then be deducted from the final refund amount/credit voucher generated for the return. The cash refund/credit voucher generation will be processed only after receiving the product from the customer.
Claim for a Refund:
Our customer service policies are simple, straightforward and transparent and drafted keeping your best interests in mind. If for any reason, you wish to part with a product you have purchased from Trendisia, you can always send it back to us. And we promise we will not quibble, argue or frame excuses. It is your right and we respect it. By doing this, we also ensure that our main motto of creating a memorable joyful shopping experience for the customer remains intact.
In case of the following scenarios, customer is liable to get a full cash refund:
- Trendisia has shipped a wrong product that is not matching with the customer’s order.
- There is an existing manufacturing defect in the product shipped to the customer.
- The products have been damaged during transit and Trendisia is not able to provide the customer with an exact replacement.
- Once return is agreed upon by Trendisia and the customer has sent the product to Trendisia within seven days of its receipt through courier.
However, in the event of any shortfall in delivery or the items being damaged, the customer shall be liable for a full refund only if the customer has informed Trendisia of the same within 48 hours of delivery. In such an event, the return cost will be borne by Trendisia. Trendisia shall thereafter initiate investigations in the matter of complaint received and shall make efforts to complete such investigation within a period of 10 working days from the date of such commencement. The decision of Trendisia on completion of such investigation shall be final, binding and conclusive on the customer and the customer shall not dispute the same.
Trendisia shall reverse the payment either in the same mode the customer has paid or through credit vouchers, with the option of choice being given to the customer at the time of return. Such a refund shall be fulfilled in 7 working days from the date of decision.
Cancellation Policy:
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own, you can get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed/shipped, we can cancel it. In such a case, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Trendisia shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods due to delays by the vendors, trade organization/s, or manufacturers/shop, flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of Trendisia.
